PURPOSE
The Association of Christian
Counsellors (ACC) comprises professional, pastoral and lay counsellors.
They represent diversity in practice and training, but share a commitment to
Biblical truth and psychological excellence. This is the foundation on
which our organization rests.
The ACC exists to promote excellence in
Christian counselling in South Africa by:

disseminating information, educational
resources and counselling aids
|
|
encouraging and facilitating international
contact and interaction with other Christian counsellors;
|
|
stimulating interaction and mutual
encouragement among counsellors;
|
|
encouraging the integration of counselling
principles with Biblical theology;
|
|
inspiring the highest levels of counsellor
training;
|
|
contributing to the strengthening of
families;
|
|
endeavoring to bring honour to Jesus
Christ.
|

contribute to the professional development of our members.
